Marc Hoffman grew up in New York and Boston, moving to Seattle in 1985. He was a musician and social worker before switching to Flash in 1997, when he founded Poison Dart Frog Media. He has created Flash content for Microsoft, Adobe, Hewlett-Packard, Eddie Bauer, Nickelodeon, and scores of other clients.
Marc has taught Flash at SVC, Real Networks, and elsewhere. He now lives in Kirkland with his wife Tina, 17-year-old son Cory, Cory’s two rats, a cat, two large pond goldfish, two bullfrog tadpoles, two large snails, and an undetermined number of guppies. His hobbies include flatwater kayaking, photography, and nature audio recording.
