  1. Is a hotel stay included in the registration price?
    • No, but RefineDesign attendees do qualify for the event hotel rate at The MarQueen Hotel and The Inn at Queen Anne. Please visit the location page for details on how to book directly. Be sure to mention the RefineDesign Conference at the time of booking.
  2. What if I need to cancel my conference registration?
    • If you notify us via email before July 15, you can either send someone in your place, or get a 100% refund. Cancellations received on or after July 15 and before July 31 will be refunded 50% of the conference fee. Unfortunately, starting on August 1, no refunds or credits can be issued. Please understand that these policies apply to everyone, regardless of circumstance.
  3. What if I need to cancel my hotel reservation?
    • Attendees are responsible for their own travel arrangements, and all hotel reservation cancellations must be handled directly with the property, following their cancellation policies. For more information, please contact the property directly.
